Privacy Policy

If you create an account: your email address, name and phone number, plus the things you save — favourite listings and saved searches.

If you submit a lead form (buying, selling, home evaluation, contact): the information you type into the form.

As you browse: basic activity events on the site (pages viewed, listings opened, searches run) and your language preference (English or French). We do not collect more than we need to run the site.

To respond to your requests — when you fill out a form, the information goes to Jonathan so he can follow up.

To send you the e-alerts you asked for, such as new-listing notifications matching your saved searches.

To operate the service — keeping you signed in, remembering your favourites and searches, showing the site in your language.

To understand how the site is used, through analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Marketing emails are strictly opt-in: you receive them only if you checked the express consent box, and every message includes an unsubscribe link. You can also withdraw consent at any time by emailing the privacy officer.

E-alerts tied to a saved search are sent because you set up that search; you can turn them off or delete the search whenever you like.

The site and its database are hosted on a server located in Canada.

A few service providers process limited data outside Canada, in the United States: Resend (delivers transactional emails such as e-alerts and confirmations), Google (maps on listing pages and analytics, when analytics is enabled), and Sentry (error monitoring, which may capture technical details when something breaks). We share with them only what each service needs to do its job.

When you submit a lead form or opt into follow-up, your contact information and the context of your request are added to Jonathan's customer relationship management (CRM) system so he can actually follow up. Your information is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

We keep your information while your account is active or while it is needed for the purposes above.

You can delete your account yourself from your account settings, or ask us to delete your information by email — deletion requests are honoured.

Under Québec's Law 25 you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is inaccurate, to withdraw your consent, and to request deletion.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

The site uses essential cookies that make it work — signing in, keeping your session, remembering your language. These are always on because the site cannot function without them.

Analytics cookies are optional and off by default. A cookie banner asks for your consent before any analytics cookie is set, and you can change your mind later.
